ELTON JOHN Elton John (1970 UK 10-track LP pressed on Translucent Purple Vinyl only visible when held up to a strong light source, textured gatefold picture sleeve with lyrics across the inner spread. The cause of the different colour tint was due to record companies reusing/recycling materials when the oil crisis happened, you will find there are three or different variants with the earlier pressing usually showing a colour tint & later issuesbeing pureblack. The sleeve shows minimal wear and the vinyl appears barely played DJLPS406)
