AMERICAN SPRING American Spring (Rare 1972 UK 12-track
vinyl LP, the debut for the group who were formed by two of
the Rovell sisters and produced under the watchful eye of
Brian Wilson, who also co-wrote many of the songs. With
Diane and Marilyn [Wilson's then wife] covering This Whole
World and Good Time, backed by some beautiful unique
compositions, this album is certainly a gem, vintage
price-stickered textured picture sleeve with company inner.

little light scuffing & ring wear & a large vintage sale price sticker
attached. The vinyl grades VG/VG+ as there are some hairlines but
playback reveals no real loss in fidelity. A nice, if not mint copy of this

SPRING Spring (Rare and classic original 1972 US 12-track stereo
vinyl LP from ex-Honeys Diane and Marilyn Rovell, produced by
Marilyn's then husband Brian Wilson, and featuring guest guitar and
vocals from Carl Wilson. The Beach Boys' involvement doesn't end
there. The fascinating selection of material includes re-workings of
This Whole World and Dennis Wilson's Forever [from 'Sunflower'],
Thinkin' Bout You Baby and Good Time [later cut for the 'Love You'
album], plus Brian's otherwise unrecorded Sweet Mountain and songs
by Leon Russell and Goffin & King. The gatefold picture sleeve has a
deletion corner cut but remains factory sealed from new -
still mint & unplayed over thirty five years on! UAS5571)
