BLACK FANTASY Evil Places (Rare Minimal Synth 1984 UK private press 7" vinyl single, with a wonderful but dark cold wave vibe with references to torture chambers in amongst the dry vocal delivery, also including the equally sombre but romantic 'Fade Away From Me'. This is a super rarity by an unknown British duo of the eighties, with 1000 copies pressed but only 400 copies approximately sold and were in circulation while the rest were destroyed in a fire in 2004. This copy was obtained from the private collection of a travelling salesman, who used to buy up many of the independent records in the UK shops that were not selling at the time. The picture sleeve is Excellent with some minor ring wear, the vinyl grades Excellent with merely the lightest evidence of play in its life. One for the adventurous collector! TIG001) more...
