MAPLEOAK Mapleoak (2004 Japanese promo sample issue of
the limited edition 11-track remastered CD album, issued to radio
stations and reviewers ahead of the actual release. This was the
one and only album by the band, founded by Kinks founder
member Peter Quaife & Drummer Mick Cook, along with
Canadians Stan Endersby & Marty Fisher, Originally released in
1971, with a custom printed 'sample' on inner rim of disc, in a
mini LP style card wallet picture sleeve with fold-out lyric insert
and promo stickered 'Rock Legend Series' obi-strip UICY-9438)
