The picture sleeve displays some minor general wear with creasing along the opening edge, and the vinyl shows very little signs of play. However, all that aside, what makes this copy incredibly special is the sleeve having been fully signed by Lemmy, Fast Eddie and Philthy Animal in a ball point pen near their own image of the artwork on the front.
