THEM Mystic Eyes (Super Rare 1966 Dutch import 7" single, pressed
in the UK by Decca with four-prong centre complete with a unique
Dutch printed picture sleeve. Van Morrison long had a following in the
Netherlands & this is the first Dutch coverthat was pressed for the

blue & purple background [there is an equally rare second pressing of
the Dutch sleeve with a different black & white image with a pink
background]. Also features the b-side 'If You And I Could Be As Two'.
The delicate sleeve is Very Good with some ring wear creasing & minor
discolouring & remains fully intact with no writing or tears. The vinyl is
clean & grades VG+/EX- with a few light spindle marks to show play.

THEM Them (Autographed 1965 UK first press 4-track
7" mono EP on the blue & silver unboxed Decca label with intact
four-prong centre, the debut EP from the Northern Irish group
led by Van Morrison. Features the tracks Don't Start Crying Now,
Philosophy, Baby Please Don't Go & One Two Brown Eyes, front
laminated flipback picture sleeve. The back cover is boldly
signed by Van Morrison & the original late bassist Alan
Henderson in green marker pen at a vertical angle to the
left [Van] & horizontally in blue further down [Alan]. The front
cover sports a vintage Leight-On-Sea record shop sticker at the
top & Van Morrison & Alan Henderson's signatures can also just
about be seen next to their respective images on the front in the
same pens. Note: these front signatures were pressed against
the laminate & have faded slightly over time. What's more, the
A-side label has a 'best wishes, Alan Henderson' autograph in
black biro in the lower right. This collector's copy comes
complete with a handwritten letter of provenance from its one
previous owner, detailing how the cover was signed this way
one Friday evening after a Them concert in 1965 or '66 at The
Cricketers Inn in Westcliff-On-Sea, Essex. Only Van & Alan were
available for the signing as the other group members had left
early! The vinyl is clean & grades Very Good, with a few paper
scuffs & a hairline mark causing some clicks but no jumps
towards the end of the last track. All in all, a very nice period
piece for the collector DFE8612)

THEM Gloria's Dream (2008 French limited edition 4-track 7" vinyl EP,
originally released in France only in 1966 - this was what remained of
the original Irish group when Van Morrison left to pursue a solo
career. The remaining members carried on, delivering snarling R & B,
which, aligned to notorious scenester Kim Fowley's wayward
production, was transformed into full-on freakbeat with psych touches;
original copies of this EP are very scarce, and regular fetch
morale-sapping sums on the collectors' market, so here's a chance to
grab 4 top tunes at a more reasonable price! Presented in fold-over
replica of the original picture sleeve with repro pink/white 'Vogue'
