There were no plans to release the single commercially or to even include it on Diamonds & Pearls but the reaction was so positive it became the album's lead off single. However, this is the only place to find this special 'damn near 10min' extendedmix, which clocks in at 9:16. Housed in a custom picture sleeve with no print on the reverse.
