Colourmeinkindness was Basements sophomore album, and
unfortunately their last release before their untimely break up. A
heartfelt album from the getgo with grunge infused post hardcore
songs like Covet, Spoiled, andBad Apple all giving the listener
something to relate to, wether its a broken heart, feeling rejected, or
just missing youth. Basement matured like a fine wine on this record,
with Andrew Fishers voice stronger and more passionate than ever, its
a shame we will never get to see where they could have gone from
here, but sometimes life just gets in the way. This is an essential
purchase for any fan of Lifetime, Seaweed, Silverchair, and Hot Water
