Am Betty Steeles' is the much anticipated debut album from Betty
Steeles, the ever intriguing 28 year old singer songwriter from North
London. By her own admission, it can be complicated to sum up the
personality that is Betty, but simply to describe her as a singer that
adores melody and mixing words up to paint playful but rich and often
uplifting stories that linger within the day dream world that she
occupies. Betty's music is in essence 'friendly pop' comprising of
songs that approach without fear, or pretence. Whilst melody is a
favourite highlight of her songs it is both fresh and catchy but also at
times slightly odd and kooky)
