Aircraft (Rare 2000 limited edition 100-track FOUR CD set
released as part of 'The Fading Captain Series'. The collection is a
trawl through decades of materials from throughout [and insome cases, predating) their recording career, including Robert
Pollard's earliest recorded song from 1974 'Little Jimmy the
Giant'. Each song is credited to a fictitious band name and
includes acoustic demos, album session outtakes, live tapes,
rehearsals and unfinished tape collage fragments which span
from the mid-1970s to 1998. Complete with the outer picture
slipcase which has some shelfwear to the edges and the
extensive picture booklet, all four discs look in 'as new' condition
inside individual jewel cases! While this isn't the first copy we've
had, it is the first we've seen in TEN years!)
