A FEW OF THE ITEMS WE WANT...

9-track stereo LP on an orange RCA label, starring Bill Le Sage, Tony
Carr and Spike Heatley. Later repackaged in 1972, this is the second
pressing of the original 1968 album with superior artwork, featuring
the beautiful Indecision, the jazz dancer The Hipster plus three
standards left off the '72 edition [in favour of Spacecraft]; Secret
Love, Darn That Dream and On A Clear Day You Can See Forever.
Still yet to see a reissueon CD, this is a must-have British jazz classic!
The front laminated picture sleeve is near mint and the vinyl mint

9-track stereo LP on the black RCA 'red spot' label, starring
Bill Le Sage, Tony Carr and Spike Heatley; second editions
were an orange RCA label and the third issue repackaged in
1972, this being the most desirable with superior artwork.
Features the beautiful Indecision, the jazz dancer The Hipster
plus three standards left off the '72 edition [in favour of
Spacecraft]; Secret Love, Darn That Dream and On A Clear
Day YouCan See Forever. Still yet to see a reissue on CD in its
complete form, this is a must-have British jazz classic, front
laminated picture sleeve. The sleeve has a few spots of
discolouration to the reverse and has a 1cm tear to the
opening edge of the front, otherwise shows little wear with the
artwork still bright & clear. The labels have a few faint marks,
whilst the vinyl shows very little sign of play leaving it a
fantastic Ex - a rare pressing of an already scarce release!

[drums], Rich Grech & Danny Thompson alternating on bass &
Keith Tippett & Alan Branscombe, piano & organ. Includes the
openingtitle composition plus superb versions of
Scarborough Fair & the Fab Four's Here, There & Everywhere.
The gatefold sleeve has the pink pouch minus the balloon, &
remains in Excellent condition with a little minor age wear to
the matte finish. The vinyl remains in Excellent condition with
few signs of play. A nice one owner example CAS1016)

the fabulous live epic, the 12:45 'Spacecraft' & featuring the talents of
Spike Heatley, Tony Carr & Bill Le Sage. Also includes the beautiful
Indecision and the classic jazz dancer 'The Hipster'! The matt picture
sleeve shows a little edge wear but is still excellent, the all-important
vinyl however remains MINT. Highly recommended CAS1045)

7. The Cottage | | HAROLD MCNAIR Harold McNair (Mint vinyl alert! 1972 UK
7-track LP including the fabulous live epic, the 12:45
'Spacecraft' & featuring the talents of Spike Heatley, Tony
Carr & Bill Le Sage. Also includes the beautiful Indecision &
the classicjazz dancer 'The Hipster'! The picture sleeve has
an unfortunate 5" seam split in the spine & heavy paper loss
in the top half of the spine. The cover actually looks superb
but will look pretty rough on the shelf. HOWEVER, because this
was anex-journalist copy, the vinyl remains sparkling near
'as new'. There is actually no evidence of play, making this an
ideal vinyl upgrade, despite the conditions of the sleeve

The front laminated picture sleeve retains its original price sticker [thirty-seven shillings and sixpence!]. The back print is as white as the day it was pressed. No discolouration, no laminated creasing, or any blemishes whatsoever. The pinched spine is immaculate - simply MINT as!
The vinyl too an astonishing M-; some 42 years on and it retains a bright 'just pressed' lustre and shine, complete with original poly-lined die-cut inner - a truly gorgeous find and no need to ever upgrade, providing you treat it well.
At these sorts of prices we tend to grade conservatively, but for one lucky punter this is a true BEAUTY | | HAROLD MCNAIR WITH ORNETTE COLEMAN'S SIDEMEN
Affectionate Fink (Limited Edition 2016 Japanese

Island catalogue to track down. Also stars Alan Branscombe
[piano], David Izenzon [bass] & Charles Moffett [drums] - for
a Transatlantic meeting between the US & UK schools of jazz,
this is a beautiful crisp mid sixties recording & comes highly
recommended, housed in a mini-LP replica front laminated
flipback picture sleeve with Japanese booklet & obi-strip
