 | JADE Fly On Strangewings (2006 UK limited edition 15-track CD
album, originally released in 1970, this timeless classic was part of the
burgeoning UK Folk scene in the late 60s/early 70s, with added
musical muscle from Pete York [Spencer Davis Group], Pete Sears
[Fleur De Lys], Clem Cattini [legendary session drummer] and others,
the album received rave reviews and comparisons to Fairport
Convention and Sandy Denny, includes 3 BONUS TRACKS,presented in mini LP-style card gatefold sleeve)

vinyl LP pressed by Festival, consisting of the duo of Dave Waite &
Marian Segal, joined by keyboard wizard Rod Edwards from Edwards
Hand, that came together while recording the album.This actually
became Melody Maker's folk album of the month in August that year.
This copy, being from New Zealand, has a unique fully laminated
pinched spine flipback picture sleeve. Condition wise, this is something
to behold with very little wear evident to the sleeve and the vinyl firmly
on the right side of excellent with little sign of play. We've not had one
of these before and will be very unlikely to have one again, so grab it

rare British Folk Psych 1970 UK first issue 12-track stereo LP,
pressed on regular black vinyl with black, silver & yellow DJM
labels. The duo toured the same folk clubs of the UK with the
likes of Sandy Denny & Fairport Convention, The Strawbs, Bert
Jansch, John Renbourn, The Dransfields, John Martyn & Ralph
McTell. Although this sold in tiny amounts on release, it was
Melody Maker's folk album of the month & ranks along with
TheTrees' 'On The Shore' & Mellow Candle's 'Swaddling
Songs' as one of the great British underground albums of the
era. The gatefold matt sleeve is a stunning design, with lyrics
inside & jade colours throughout. This one owner copy shows
just a little mild shelf wear to the paper & the cover is
Excellent with few other signs of its age. The vinyl is super
clean & Excellent with merely the lightest spot of spindle on
the labels to highlight play. A lovely example & so difficult to
find - this is the first UK original we have stocked DJLPS407)
