JAN DUKES DE GREY Mice And Rats In The Loft (1971 UK 3-track vinyl LP, fantastic progressive psychedelic opus which is redolent of the pysch folk of Fresh Maggots and Forest, but then dips into Soft Machine for extended instrumentals with a bucket load of wah-wah and wailing vocals. Gatefold laminated cover with inner plastic bag attached inside the gatefold. The sleeve does have a one inch tear on the top-right hand corner which has been repaired, otherwise there is only light signsof edge wear and minor laminate rippling visible. The vinyl has some very light mottling on the disc where the vinyl has reacted with the plastic foam inner, but as this is only the second copy we have seen in thirty years hunting, finding it at all is a small miracle! Despite the cosmetic wear, the labels indicate light play only.
