A FEW OF THE ITEMS WE WANT...

THE IVEYS Maybe Tomorrow (1968 UK Apple four-prong centre 7" single with 'Sold In U.K.' label print, produced by Tony Visconti & also featuring And Her Daddy's A Millionaire. This copy does not come with the Apple logo sleeve but a plain white one instead. The vinyl appears near mint APPLE5)
THE IVEYS Maybe Tomorrow (Incredibly rare original 1969 Japanese 12-track stereo LP pressed on Everclean Wine Red Vinyl by Toshiba, complete with fold out Japanese/lyric insert, die-cut jet black inner & picture sleeve. This album is highly sought after as the UK issue was withdrawn prior to its July 1969 release & only saw release in parts of Europe & Japan. AP-8719)

Tracklisting: 1. See-Saw, Granpa 2. Beautiful And Blue 3. Dear Angie 4. Think About The Good Times 5. Yesterday Ain't Coming Back 6. Fisherman 7. Maybe Tomorrow 8. Sali Bloo 9. Angelique 10. I'm In Love 11. They're Knocking Down Our Home 12. I've Been Waiting This album is legendary for many reasons - it was originally scheduled for release on 4th July 1969, however the UK release was withdrawn along with SAPCOR 7 which was going to be the Delaney & Bonnie album, until it was released on Elektra/Atlantic. The number was reassigned to the Trash LP, but this too was withdrawn. The band then changed their name to Badfinger and after recording a McCartney demo and other songs for the 'Magic Christian' soundtrack enjoyed limited success. The matrix numbers have been machine stamped into the 'dead wax' area: Side One SAPCOR-8A Side Two SAPCOR-8B The labels are the familiar Apple design with regular sliced and unsliced sides and 'Mfd. By Toshiba Musical Industries' text. Both the AP-8719 and SAPCOR 8 catalogue numbers are printed on the labels. There is a just little faint spindle wear to one side, indicating light signs of play. The pasted picture sleeve has the Apple logo, AP-8719 catalogue number and stereo symbol printed on the front with a brief biography by Derek Taylor on the reverse. Some light edge wear is evident, including two small half inch paper splits at the openings, which is minimal. All text remains legible, & despite some light foxing on the back, the colours remain rich & vivid & the condition remains very respectable. The jet black inner is present & remains crisp & untorn & the fold out Japanese/lyric insert shows minimal wear with age. It features a black and white photo of the band, tracklisting, Japanese text biography, notes on the recordings & English lyrics. It is free from writing, rips or tears. Essential for collectors of Beatles, Badfinger and Apple, this is becoming almost impossible to find. The red vinyl appears clean with just the very lightest evidence of play, mostly on the labels. Extremely nice condition, indeed!
THE IVEYS Maybe Tomorrow (2004 issue UK 16-track CD album from the band that were to become Badfinger and the first band to be signed to Apple Records; features 4 Bonus Recordings 'No Escaping Your Love' & 'And Her Daddy's A Millionaire' and the previously unreleased 'Mrs Jones' & 'Looking For My Baby')

And Her Daddy's A Millionaire - Bonus Track 16. Looking For My Baby - Previously Unreleased - Bonus Track
THE IVEYS Dear Angie (Rare 1969 French Apple 7" b/w No Escaping Your Love, in VG+ picture sleeve with some ringwear and ballpoint pen name on the reverse but with no tears or splits. Vinyl is in superb condition with few signs of having ever beenplayed. Label credits the band as The Yveys!)

Tracklisting: 1. Dear Angie 2. No Escaping Your Love
THE IVEYS Maybe Tomorrow (2005 Japanese exclusive limited edition digitally remastered 16-track CD album, originally released in 1969, long held in high regard by Beatles/Apple collectors due to its rarity, as it was withdrawn from UK release and only sneaked out in Europe and Japan, includes 4 bonus recordings [2 previously unreleased], superbly presented in fully laminated mini LP-style card sleeve with fold-out Japanese/English lyric sheet + unique die-cut 'Apple' obistrip)

Tracklisting: 1. See-Saw, Granpa 2. Beautiful and Blue 3. Dear Angie 4. Think About the Good Times 5. Yesterday Ain't Coming Back 6. Fisherman 7. Maybe Tomorrow 8. Sali Bloo 9. Angelique 10.
