FOETUS UNDER GLASS Spite Your Face (Ultra Rare 1985 UK issue French-pressed 7" vinyl single, also including O.K.F.M., picture sleeve. This was the debut 'Foetus' release from Jim Thirwell [all of his recordings were issued under a variation of the Foetus name], it's an uncompromising '45 that utilises 'found sound' and early sampling techniques to create a deeply unsettling slice of experimental electronica/noise. This is one of only 2000 copies pressed, this copy has rounded 'hand-written' text around the label, the other version uses a rounded font. The thin paper sleeve has a small seam split along the bottom edge and otherwise only light signs of wear, the vinyl is graded VG/VG+ as there are some hairlines visible resulting in a little surface noise in the quieter moments [there aren't many!] WOMBS201)
