Recorded at the Royal Albert Hall on 21st September 1988 [the day after the band's 12th Birthday]with The Smiths' Johnny Marr on guitar, this show was from the 'Peepshow' tour and is introduced by Richard Skinner. Housed in the original BBC TS die-cut sleeve with cue sheet & featuring flawless mint vinyl, this is one show not to be without! CN5257/S)

As far as I am aware this was not broadcast in the UK & ended up more or less 'export only'.
Johnny Marr acquits himself very well as a temporary Banshee AND he was called John, so everything still fit the pattern.
This show has attained the status of 'Legendary' in Banshees circles, with many people thinking that this rumoured BBC show does not exist - Now we can finally say for certain it does.
Hard enought to find, even on dodgy bootlegs, this is your chance to own the original BBC Transcription Disc - in MINT condition!
