LADYHAWKE Ladyhawke (2009 US exclusive limited 'Special Edition' 17-track 2-LP vinyl set - Ladyhawke is the alter ego of New Zealander Pip Brown. As a music-obsessed child with very musical parents [stepfather a drummer, mother a singer],she soaked up everything from the 70s & 80s: from Stevie Nicks and Joan Jett to Nirvana and Hole, with Van Halen and Deep Purple in between! Her debut album marries serious song crafting with elements of vintage pop, electro & rock; includes the singles 'Paris Is Burning' & 'Dusk Till Dawn' plus 5 Bonus Recordings including new acoustic renditions of 'Paris Is Burning', 'Dusk Till Dawn' and 'My Delerium', presented in sealed & stickered picture sleeve)
