ROLLING STONES Flowers (Rare 1967 Taiwanese 12-track stereo LP, unique poly lined wraparound picture sleeve with lyrics on the reverse. If you are looking for 'Fi', then this is probably not the album for you, as sonic fidelity is seriously challenged on this pressing to the extent that there appears to be the leg of an insect pressed into the vinyl on side one. That aside, the disc does play surprisingly well for an early Taiwanese press, but there are several pits in the vinyl & a smattering of light scratches. The unique sleeve is of flimsy construction, consisting of a couple of sheets of printed card set inside a polythene bag. There is one tear to the poly on the front, but otherwise the sleeve is remarkably free from wear, splits or other damage. In normal terms, this copy would be graded G/VG-, but for a Taiwanese press of this vintage, it is in superb condition. A rare & unusual curio at an advantageous price! CSJ-610)
