Comprises three US issues [FC37562] including one with a gold promotional stamped picture sleeve and one with custom picture stickered sleeve; a Canadian issue [FC37562], a German issue [FBK58392], a Spanish issue with pinched spine picture sleeve [S90.485], a Greek issue [58392], an Israeli issue in a unique sleeve with Israeli text on the front [BAN58392], 1984 UK reissue [FIEND33] and 5 original UK issues [XXLP13] with different colour combination sleeves and a sleeve made by 'Sleeveprint Ltd', Bedford'.
