ROLLING STONES Full Set Of 1963 Autographs (Stunning collector's set of 1963 UK genuine AUTOGRAPHS, obtained at one of the group's High Wycombe, Town Hall concerts that year. The Stones were so hard working early on in their career that they played a total of 308 times in '63, & three times at this venue that year [13 August, 12 November & 17 December]. There is a sweet back story to this incredible set, as the fan girl who obtained these rare signatures managed to meet each group member in person, & was even chatted up by Mick supposedly down the back alley of the venue! What's more, Charlie Watts had only just joined the group in January that year, so the group were really just a bunch of likely lads from Dartford at this point. The fan girl in question had the tickets to the show sent to her in the mail, & although the tickets are absent here, what we have is the front & back of the original envelope they arrived in. The inside of that envelope is where the free flowing, unhurried signatures of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, Bill Wyman & Charlie Watts can be found in their pop star infancy. Each band member has signed in blue biro & each with kisses against their name [Charlie is signed as 'Charlie Boy']. The other side of the envelope has the sender's stamped address ['Jeffways Travel Service Ltd. 19 Castle Street, High Wycombe']. Both parts are elegantly framed in a 12" x 9" silver metal case on a white surround. Only set to increase in value as a collector's piece, this is a unique one-off set that would grace any serious collection)
