April 10th charity concert at St. James's Chuch, Piccadilly W1, featuring the band logo on the front and a 'heroin is a life sentence' back print. This item has been washed with the print still strong and just a little light wear - a superb item & surely one of only a few left extant after nearly 40 years!)
