The Labels are blue with silver print, silver text and large Decca logo with 'Full Frequency Stereophonic Sound' banding.
The J/T Tax code is below the 1968 publishing date.
There is minimal wear around the spindlehole.
The labels have name stickers on both sides.

The matrix numbers are machine stamped into the dead vinyl. They are as follows :-

Side One XZAL-8476-2K
Side Two XZAL-8477-1K

The vinyl has retained its sheen and remains in fantastic condition with little sign of play.

The G&L front laminated gatefold picture sleeve also remains in lovely condition with creasing at a minimum.
This copy also has a name sticker inside the gatefold.

A very nice, if annotated, example of this highly sought after album..
