Tracklisting & More Information

This is the original issue from May 1964.

The UK rear sleeve has no track times & also shows only Four Outlined Epitaphs. The rear sleeve shows poems 1, 2, 7 and 8, and there was no insert, as with the US release.

The label is of the 'rough' textured CBS variety, with centre boxed logo, '33' instead of '33 1/3' near the bottom left corner & 'Blossom Music Ltd' Credit to the centre right.

The stamped Matrices in the run off are 62251 A1 & 62251 B.

Condition :-

The sleeve is in Excellent condition with minimal shelfwear, with no writing or tears & clean laminate. The sleeve is front laminated with 45° edged flipbacks, confirming a first issue. The spine is still clearly readable & the front also shows no evidence of fading or age yellowing.

This copy has obviously been stored very well indeed.

The vinyl is clean & remains in Excellent condition with merely the odd faint paper scuff not affecting play.

A nice copy of this first press Mono LP.
