His life story is told on this documentary, originally produced for Channel 4, which also includes sought-after footage of performances Miles put on film throughout the years, including versions of his best known compositions such as 'So What', 'All Blues', 'In A Silent Way' and 'Bitches Brew'.

This DVD has been reissued to promote the brand new Best Of set 'Cool & Collected', and the new cover reflects the artwork. It is widely regarded as the definitive guide to the life of this legendary figure and is the perfect companion piece for anyone buying the new Best Of collection.

Features a BBC documentary footage which includes interviews with many of the legendary musicians who shared a stage with Miles; plus footage of live performances by a selection of the many lineups led by Miles from the '50s through to the '90s. Extras on this DVD include profiles of Miles' key albums and a linear run down of Miles' biography.
