SAM RIVERS Involution (1975 US dark blue Blue Note label re-issue series 12-track double vinyl LP, featuring two previously unreleased sessions by one of the most mature and original saxophonists in contemporary jazz, including some brilliant work by Donald Byrd, James Spaulding, Julien Priester, Cecil McBee, and the Andrew Hill Quartet. Housed in a textured gatefold picture sleeve which has a promotional notch on the top right corner, with liner notes from Robert Palmer - apart fromthe notch the sleeve is superb and the vinyl is flawless BN-LA453-H2)
