Dr. HARRY F. OLSON The Sounds And Music Of The RCA Electronic Music Synthesizer (Amazing 1955 US Experimental MONO vinyl LP reputed to be the first commercially released electronica album. From the sleeve notes that look like a physics thesis tothe original maroon 'Nipper' RCA Victor labels, this album exudes the essense of the early electronic pioneers & is complete with the original 'greaseproof paper' inner. The first side is a narrated piece exploring the possibilities of the instrument where the second side orchestrates familiar classical & popular themes. Both sleeve & vinyl are in amazing condition with just a few light inaudible cosmetic surface marks on the vinyl to show for its fifty years - a wonderful copy! LM-1922)
