JEFFERSON STARSHIP Jeffersons Tree Of Liberty (2008 UK 18-track CD album - Produced by Paul Kantner and David Frieberg [Starship via Quicksilver Messenger Service], this new studio album from the founders of Jefferson Airplane, is an acoustic album of songs that inspired Paul Kantner to launch the Airplane. Along with the vintage material there are some contemporary songs by the likes of Bob Marley. John Lennon and Richard Thompson; plus as well as featuring many of the contemporary Starship crew, the album includes appearances from original Airplane members Marty Balin, Jack Casady and from It's A Beautiful Day, David La Flamme. Look out for the Hidden Track featuring Grace Slick!)
