DASHIELL HEDAYAT Obsolete (2008 French pressed UK issue 'Édition Limitée' 4-track digitally remastered CD album, composed in Autumn 1969 and originally released in November 1971, long referred to as the 'missing' Gong album, this LP features Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth, Pip Pyle & Didier Malherbe throughout & even has William S Burroughs guesting on 'Long Song For Zelda'! Perfectly in line with the hypnotic, repetitive approach of Amon Duul and early Hawkwind, superbly presented in glossy mini LP-style card sleeve with 'vinyl look' disc, fold-out lyric sheet + mock 'obi strip', housed in a stickered resealable PVC bag) ** Limited to 999 copies! **
