MILES DAVIS Milestones (Scarce 1958 UK first press 6-track mono LP on the rough textured black & silver Fontana label, featuring Miles' classic Sextet period, with Cannonball Adderley & John Coltrane also at the top of their game. The album includes the essential title track plus Miles' wonderful take on Thelonious Monk's Straight No Chaser, & comes housed in the original fully laminated flipback picture sleeve. The sleeve shows some edge scuffing & minor spots of discolouring withage. The heavyweight vinyl is clean & grades VG+/EX- with just the odd faint paper hairline mark to show play TFL5035)
