MILES DAVIS Collector's Item (Rare 1957 UK 7-track deep groove mono LP on Esquire, with 'RVG' etched in the run-outs. Features four songs including two takes of The Serpent's Tooth from January the 30th 1953, alongside Sonny Rollins, Charlie Parker (credited as "Charlie Chan" for contractual reasons), Walter Bishop, Percy Heath & Philly Joe Jones. Also includes three numbers from March '56 with Rollins, Tommy Flanagan, Paul Chambers & Art Taylor, unique fully laminated picture sleeve. The sleeve shows just a few light signs of wear, whilst the heavyweight vinyl is clean & in Excellent condition with very little sign of play)
