NINA SIMONE Sings The Blues (Rare original 1967 US 11-track deep groove stereo LP on the black RCA Victor 'Nipper' label, featuring a classy small backing band including guitarist Eric Gale and Bernard Purdie on drums. This is blues sung with deep soul, highlighted in her stunning take of 'The House Of The Rising Sun'. The pasted heavy card sleeve has a small scuff in the top of the spine but is otherwise in superb condition with all print clearly legible. The vinyl is clean with justsome light spindle marks to indicate play - a very nice example! LSP-3789)
