Tracklisting & More Information

This is the first issue from May 1964.

The UK rear sleeve has no track times & also shows only Four Outlined Epitaphs. The rear sleeve shows poems 1, 2, 7 and 8, and there is no insert as with the US release.

The label is of the 'rough' CBS variety, with centre boxed logo, '33' instead of '33 1/3' near the bottom left corner of the logo & 'Blossom Music Ltd' Credit to the centre right.

Condition :-

The sleeve is in admirable condition & grades EX-. The front is laminated with 45° edged flipbacks confirming a first issue, with no printing credit on the bottom flip. All text is clearly legible including the spine. The sleeve otherwise shows a light glimpse of discolouration to edges.

The labels have no tears or writing & the matrices are machine stamped in the run-outs.
There are a few faint spindle marks around the centre hole to indicate a degree of play but nothing to excess. The vinyl grades VG & shows a few light signs of play.

A respectable, if not mint, copy of this classic Bob Dylan LP.
