ALEX HARVEY Alex Harvey And His Soul Band (1964 German 13-track mono vinyl LP, unissued in the UK, fully silk laminated picture sleeve. Recorded Live In The Top Ten Club, Hamburg, the sleeve shows just a little light shelfwear with some scuffing to the edges, but far less than you would expect for something approaching its fiftieth birthday. The vinyl, we play tested. To say it's jaw dropping is an understatement. There is NO distortion & NO burring to be heard. Evennoise between tracks is almost non-existent. From memory, there were TWO light clicks heard throughout the entire album. A superb copy of this extremely rare release which includes Alex's first stab at 'Framed' that would be resurrected ten years later with SAHB - A gem! 46424HI-FI)
