DORIS TROY Doris Troy (Rare original 1970 1st pressing US dark green Apple label 13-track STEREO LP. Superb, but often overlooked, album of funky soul/R&B, that deserves much wider attention, not only does it features the songwriting and singing talent of Ms Troy herself, but it also reads like a who's who of 1960's rock star royalty; George Harrison co-wrote and co-produced, Ringo Starr plays throughout, Stephen Stills, Eric Clapton, Jackie Lomax and more. The pasted picture sleeve does show some ringwear and general storage wear but remains fully intact with no rips or tears whilst the vinyl has very little sign of play - a very hard to find US Apple original!
