THE SPECIALS Specials (Rare Test Pressing for the debut 1979 UK 14-track LP produced by Elvis Costello for Jerry Dammers' legendary Two Tone label, including the original version of Too Much Too Young & classic renditions of A Message To You Rudy, Concrete Jungle & Monkey Man. The labels are numbered '1' & '2' in custom black on white & the matrix detail is machine stamped in the run-outs "CDL5001 A/1 & B/1". Obtained from the private collection of an ex-industry exec, these were pressed in a miniscule run purely to test the sonics & never intended for sale to the general public. The vinyl is near mint.
