VARIOUS North The Sound Of The Underground (Seminal 1988 UK 8-track double LP compilation, released before the hype surrounding Madchester/Hacienda went into overdrive, this stunning collection features raw, home-made [& homegrown] undegroundBritish Acid House that rocked the Hacienda at the tail end of the '80s, & includes one of the UK's first ever bona-fide house tracks in the shape of T-Coy's 'Carino', gatefold picture sleeve. The sleeve shows some shelfwear, whilst both vinyl discs still look barely touched or played PL71939)
