MOTT THE HOOPLE Mott The Hoople (Rare 1969 UK first issue 8-track vinyl gatefold picture sleeve LP on the pink Island label with white 'i' logo, the band's debut album, produced by Guy Stevens & featuring Rock & Roll Queen & Backsliding Fearlessly, alongside versions of songs by Ray Davies, Sonny Bono & Doug Sahm. The sleeve does have some sticker residue on the right hand top corner with some edgewear to the spine and general age-related marks but the general quality of the sleeveremains very good. The vinyl is also in very good condition with just light surface scuffs to show for its fifty years. A very nice copy indeed of this hard to find album ! ILPS9108)
