MILES DAVIS Ascenseur Pour L'Échafaud (Sealed Deluxe Edition 2018 UK/European-pressed 27-track triple 10" set pressed on Heavyweight Vinyl, celebrating 60 years of Miles' revolutionary soundtrack to Louis Malle's movie, Elevator to the Gallows. Never before had a soundtrack contributed as much to the fame of a film. Cut at Abbey Road studios & expertly remastered from the original analog tapes, this collector's edition contains the whole of the original album as well as all the takes from the 4-5 December 1957 recording session, including the previously unreleased 'L'Interrogatoire de Julien'. Comes housed in exclusive fold-out packaging with fresh album notes by Franck Bergerot, sealed from new in custom stickered shrinkwrap, mint & unplayed)
