CHARLES BRACKEEN Rhythm X - The Music Of (Archive Quality 1973 US first press 4-track LP on Strata East, one of the most cutting edge & collectable American Jazz labels of the seventies, taking over in terms of vision from the likes of Blue Note& Impulse for its deeper, more soul-searching music & roster of artists. First issues have "A PRODUCT OF STRATA-EAST, INC., N.Y.C. 10014" print just below the label logo, as found here. The album was produced by Clifford Jordan & also stars thegreat Don Cherry, Charlie Haden & Edward Blackwell. The pasted picture sleeve is Near Mint, still in the original open shrink with no deletion cuts. The vinyl is near 'as new' SES-19736)
