VAN MORRISON Astral Weeks (Very rare 1968 UK first press 8-track stereo LP on the orange Warner Brothers label, often voted one of the most significant albums of the sixties, blending Folk, Blues & Jazz. Astral Weeks was a radical departure from the sound of Morrison's previous work & still proves experimental to this day, front laminated flipback picture sleeve. The cover has a little laminate creasing and corner scuffing. All text remains legible including along the spine & the back panel shows just a little ageing. Both labels have a slight sticker mark but has no paper loss. The heavyweight vinyl grades Very Good, with some noticeable surface marks which are mostly cosmetic, with just the odd backgroud click. Although not mint, this is a nice collector's example that simply never shows up WS1768)
