Condition :-

The sleeve has a small area of discolouration to the bottom left corner, probably due to exposure to moisture, although the integrity of the card seems not to have been compromised, otherwise the print to the front is clear with warm early Sixties colours. The reverse shows light age yellowing and three small pin-holes [not affecting the front], probably from its original display in the record shop all those years ago. The rear flipbacks are straight edge & nice & secure.

The machine stamped matrices in the dead vinyl end 1L-1 & 2L-1, & include Philips trademark 'upside down triangle'.

The original rough textured orange labels show some spindle wear, but nothing excessive. None of the print is blemished.

The heavyweight vinyl has been professionally cleaned on a Matrix machine & has been play tested, confirming a lovely warm sound with light ambient noise in places, however nothing obtrusive. There are light hairlines & scuffs, which appear to be more cosmetic than anything else. All in all a nice VG copy.

A very respectable copy of this rarely seen original Philips pressed variant.
