THE KINKS Picture Book (2008 UK 138-track 6-CD album set - Compiled with the help of Ray Davies, 'Picture Book' is a set of rarities, live versions & classic originals celebrating one of one of Britain's most successful & influential bandsever. Comprising the hits 'You Really Got Me', 'Lola', 'Waterloo Sunset', 'All Day & All Of The Night' & 'Sunny Afternoon', alongside early demos recorded as The Ravens, mono single versions of 'Waterloo Sunset', 'Lola' & 'Apeman', previously unreleased versions of 'Dedicated Follower Of Fashion' & 'Dead End Street' & much more. Beautifully presented in a classic, lift-lid style box complete with a 60-page picture booklet containing sleeve notes written by Peter Doggett with comments by Ray Davies & supplemented with rare photos, memorabilia & an extensive Time Line. Although not sealed, this collector's example remains in Excellent to Near Mint condition with very minimal signs of wear)
