VAN MORRISON Astral Weeks (Very rare 1968 UK first press 8-track stereo LP on the orange Warner Brothers label, often voted one of the most significant albums of the sixties, blending Folk, Blues & Jazz. Astral Weeks was a radical departure from the sound of Morrison's previous work & still proves experimental to this day, front laminated flipback picture sleeve. The cover grades VG with a little laminate creasing and only very minor discolouration to the reverse panel. All text remains legible and the flipbacks are strong and secure. The heavyweight vinyl has some scuffs/hairlines and a small'pop'on the run out of'Madame George'for around 4 rotations so grades EX WS1768)
