The two discs [with the "MFG BY MATSUSHITA UNIVERSAL MEDIA SERVICES" text printed on the back inner rim] come issued in the fold-out digipak picture sleeve with the 28-page booklet including pictures, biographical details and originalliner notes plus the outer 'Deluxe Edition' slipcase)
