Tracklisting & More Information

This ultra rare 7" was issued to notify record industry insiders of Island Records' move to Basing Street. What is highly unusual is that Blind Faith were not signed to Island!

Though the record does not have a catalogue number there is a machine stamped matrix reference in the 'dead wax' areas on both sides which reads BASING+STREET.

The labels have some age-ralated wear evident though all the text is visable with nothing obscured and the prongs are all intact.
One side of the label is titled 'Change Of Address From June 23rd 1969' and the other side is titled 'Sales Office'. The musical content is the same on both sides.

The vinyl shows a few cosmetic scuffs on both sides but upon a play test this example played through beautifully with minimal pops and no skipping.

This highly sought after single is complete with its original, if slightly faded & worn, wavy-edge Island company sleeve with a pen annotation with the title.
