LOU REED The Raven (Autographed 2003 US first edition 116-page hardback book featuring lyrics from the concept album, recounting the short stories and poems of Edgar Allan Poe through word and song, and was based on his 2000 opera co-written with Robert Wilson. The black hessian bound book has silver gilt text on the front & spine, and housed in a plain black slipcase. This was bought in New York at an in-store signing event, this has been boldly signed by Lou Reed ina black marker pen and hand numbered 140, with only 250 copies of the first edition manufactured. A stunning and highly collectable item)
