1957 mono LP on Nixa - an incredible document of pre-civil rights
America, recorded by folklorist Alan Lomax on a one-celled Presto
disc recorder in 1948. Tells the story of the Delta Bluesfrom the
mouths of three born & raised Mississippi legends, guitarist Big Bill
Broonzy, piano player Memphis Slim, and blues harpist Sonny Boy
Williamson. The flipback picture sleeve has some lifting to the
laminate, however the vinyl looks barely played. A compelling listen
