ERIC CLAPTON Limited Edition Programme (Rare 1989 Botswanan thirty six page 8" x 12" programme for the three concerts given by Eric to raise funds for The Cheshire Foundation charity of Botswana in July that year. This programme comes from the collection of Yukiko Smythe. For many years Yukiko's husband, Colin Smythe, was Eric Clapton's assistant tour manager. On August 27th 1990 Colin, along with Clapton's agent Bobby Brooks, his bodyguard Nigel Browne and Stevie Ray Vaughan boarded a helicopter bound for Chicago. Tragically, the helicopter crashed shortly after take-off, killing all on board. Since that fateful day Yukiko's love of live music has endured and over the next two decades she continued to travel to concerts around the world.
