ICARUS The Marvel World Of Icarus (Rare 1972 UK first issue 13-track LP pressed on black vinyl which is Translucent Burgundy when held to light, on the blue & black Pye records label. The debut and only album from the Psych/Prog Rock group featuring John Etheridge on guitar, housed in a fantastic fully laminated picture sleeve featuring several famous Marvel characters drawn by an uncredited Jack Kirby, with the image copyright to Marvel Comics Group 1971. The sleeve has a pinchedspine design and apart from a few light creases in the laminate, displays minimal wear. The labels are clean and have just a couple of light spindle marks, whilst the vinyl remains in a 'near mint' condition. A stunning example of this very hard to find rarity. Excelsior!) more...
