IDA COX with the COLEMAN HAWKINS QUINTET Blues For
Rampart Street (1961 first US issue 10-track deep groove
mono LP, on the reel & mic blue & silver Riverside label,
pasted picture sleeve. The sleeve is clean & remarkably fully
intact with just a little edge scuffing at the top & bottom
opening. The vinyl too is remarkably clean with just a faint
hairline which can be felt at the end of Hard Times Blues; this
has little to no effect on play. A beautiful copy! RLP-374)

IDA COX with the COLEMAN HAWKINS QUINTET Blues For
Rampart Street (1961 UK 10-track mono LP on a rough
textured blue & silver Riverside label, front laminated
flipback picture sleeve with price annotation on the back. The
UK Riverside sleevesat this time were manufactured from
sturdy card with extra padding at the edges, & although the
sleeve on this copy has suffered significant paper loss &
scuffing along the top, there is remarkably no top seam split
due to its strength. All text remains legible, including along
the gold text spine, & the vinyl is clean & in Excellent
condition with barely any signs of play RLP374)
